Nakajima, a large Japanese OEM manufacturer, made (designed?) the Amstrad NC series and also sold their own version of the Amstrad NC-100 with a grey and blue case.
Technical features and built-in firmware seem to be the same as the NC-100.

As I have a Nakajima ES-210 (German version distributed by Horten as "Sys Line Pad 1000") this Machine has 128 KB RAM, a NEC V20 (8088) CPU. It looks quite similar to the NC-100 wich features a Z80 only. If you compare the Mainboards you will notice the differences even if appearance is quite the same.
