THE R50 FILE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK POLICY

         The R50 File Distribution Network were founded in order to 
         promote the latest software coming out of the ex-USSR (Z2 R50)
         Whilst most of the software is BBS related, ie, Mailers, Echo
         and File Processors, Netmail Trackers and the like, there is 
         also some non BBS related software as well. It must be clearly
         understood that some of the software will have poor English
         documents and config info.

         Most of the authors originaly did not expect that there would 
         be any demand for their software outside Russia but most are 
         willing to help out where possible. Help can also be obtained
         from me, Sean Rima as I tend to use a lot of the software myself.

         All the files will come direct from the authors and will be hatched
         into the Filegate by Sean Rima.
