New Moderator election is just starting in the echo.
From Vince Coen, 2:250/1, current Moderator of
Record:
" Hello All!
Well its that time again so I am announcing the
Fido_Sysop election.
We will need a :
A Election co-ordinator to organise the schedule.
A Vote checker.
Where BOTH receive all votes so that a real time vote
check can occur.
So, looking for sysop's that will NOT be standing as
the moderator who can fill the above duties and any
others that I have missed - not being an expert in
such matters.

Bob Seaborn, 1:140/1, has volunteered to be Vote
Checker.
Ward Dossche, 2:292/854, has volunteered to "run the
election", which I suppose fills the "Election
Coordinator" that Vince requested.

Sterile.. You can't go wrong with the music but even
with that, network tv made this classic into a cleaned
up version. Sad. Perhaps one good thing about the
2016 televised version is that maybe younger

If you are using routed Fidonet mail, don't send articles as routed
attaches. They will fail somewhere along the path before getting here.
Send them instead direct to filegate.net.
Give it a title, sign your name and network address if you have
one and send it along!
Don't worry about the format, I can take anything you send me
and mutilate it further as you can see above. Linux is nice
that way (g). Spell checking your own work will help though
(something I'm typically guilty of (g)).
