A renowned cardiologist died, and had an elaborate funeral.
Since he was respected by so many in the medical community, and
elsewhere, there was a large crowd at the funeral.
Behind the casket, was a huge heart, covered in flowers.
After the eulogy, the casket was closed, the heart opened up,
and the casket rolled inside it. The heart closed, sealing the
deceased cardiologist inside forever.
Moments later, one of the mourners busted out laughing.
After everyone else gave him dirty looks, etc., he apologized,
saying "I'm sorry. I was thinking of my own funeral...I'm a
gynecologist".
The proctologist fainted dead away.

MUCH rather you sent in material... lacking that, I will
fill these issues with my meanderings and thoughts and
hopefully we will grow into something of consequence here
