Did you know that every fighter or kick-boxer start his/her career from karate kyokushin? On the face of it, the likelihood that I will ever fulfil my ambition of becoming professional fighter doesn't seem very high. But being respectful of this sport and achieving fame and fortune simultaneously is just too exciting for me in my lifelong passion.
In order to become undisputed champion, however, you have to train and stretch (harder as you can imagine) that takes a great of hard work and self discipline. It also requires inspiration, "hard will" and a lot of free time. Moreover, you have to set against so called "mental block", when you'll start thinking of giving up.
First aid is important, too. Like sosei Oyama once said: "to be a great fighter, you should (or have the knowledge) how to heal people, because to harm is easy". He also said: "treat your opponent with respect, because someone can be greater than you are".
To sum up, it is hard to be a fighter, but it would be waste of God's gift not to become one. I can't imagine my life without no training karate kyokushin.
