    1. Vascular surgery or vascular interventional radiology, such as coronary artery bypass graft or percutaneous coronary intervention (coronary angioplasty).
    2. Neovascularization forming a collateral circulation (eg, neoangiogenesis, angiogenesis, vasculogenesis).
