Inherited from Ottoman Turkish نسبةً (nisbeten),[1][2] from Arabic نِسْبَةً (nisbatan) adverbial accusative of نِسْبَة (nisba, connection, relation, ratio), verbal noun of نَسَبَ (nasaba).[3]
