minute man (plural minute men)

  1. (historical) During the American War for Independence, a citizen-soldier who would fight for the Patriots at a minute's notice.
  2. (slang, derogatory) A man who reaches orgasm undesirably quickly during sexual intercourse.
  3. (cycling) The cyclist starting one minute ahead of, or behind, another rider in a time trial.
