m'kay

English
Etymology
Nasalized variant of okay. Perhaps made popular by frequent appearance in the cartoon South Park as Mr Mackey's catchphrase; earlier, apparently chiefly in linguistic transcriptions of speech.
If you watch the South Park movie it's actually a substitute for dropping the f-bomb, which is a witty gem Matt and Trey are notorious for, similar to how they retconned and gaslit the entire fanbase with Token's name change to Tolkien.
This is explained in the movie Bigger Badder Uncut in the song Mr Mackey does, "It's Easy, MmmKay".
