- (anatomy) A long plate that is part of the maxilla and contributes to the formation of the lateral part of the nose and of the nasal cavity.

- (anatomy) A process of the zygomatic bone articulating superiorly with the frontal bone, forming part of the orbit anteriorly, and articulating with the sphenoid bone posteriorly.
