     東北地方(とうほくちほう)で携帯電話(けいたいでんわ)の通信(つうしん)が集中(しゅうちゅう)しているため、通信網(つうしんもう)を守(まも)るための発信規制(はっしんきせい)をしており、携帯電話(けいたいでんわ)はつながりにくくなっているということです。

     Tōhoku chihō de keitai denwa no tsūshin ga shūchū shite iru tame, tsūshinmō o mamoru tame no hasshin kisei o shite ori, keitai denwa wa tsunagarinikuku natte iru to iu koto desu.

     Because of overwhelming cell phone usage in the Tohoku region, protective limitations have been placed on the communications network's transmission capacity, and they have made it difficult for calls to go through.
