- lahu maqālīdu s-samāwāti wālʔarḍi yabsuṭu r-rizqa liman yašāʔu wayaqdiru ʔinnahu bikulli šayʔin ʕalīmun
- To Him pertain the keys of the heavens and the earth. He extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is of all things knowing.
