Slavic variant of infinitive marker ־ן (-n), most likely Belarusian -аваць (-avacʹ), Polish -ować, Russian -овать (-ovatʹ), -ывать (-yvatʹ), or Ukrainian -увати (-uvaty) + ־ן (-n), with the final voiceless alveolar consonant replaced by ־ן (-n).
