A Georgian-Zan borrowing: compare Georgian ორი (ori), Svan ჲორი (yori, two).[1][2] Ultimately from Proto-Kartvelian *jor- (two). Compare also Old Armenian սահմի (sahmi, the third month) from the Kartvelian word for "three".
