- 2015, Michal Mikšík, Poznáváme jarní houby, Praha: Grada Publishing, →ISBN, page 34:
- Z dalších rodů podzemek byly najaře nalezeny také druhy z rodu černoušek (rod Melanogaster), kterých je z Evropy známo cca 8 druhů.
- Other species of underground fungi found in the spring included some species of the Melanogaster genera, of which about 8 species are known from Europe.
Usage notes
- Although the word černoušek in the sense of fungi should be declined as masculine inanimate, in practical colloquial usage the animate declension also sometimes appears.[1] Per IJP, animate forms can appear in the genitive and accusative singular, but such forms in the nominative plural are considered "expressive" and non-standard. See the declension of klouzek for an example.
