Platform Overview

Alida created a holistic community-centred Total Experience Management (TXM)[1] platform. By having both omni-channel data and insights in one platform, companies can understand where to focus for maximum impact. With Alida TXM, users can test and validate strategies with deeply profiled audiences, improve agility with faster speed to insight, and build stronger relationships over time as a result of a meaningful two-way dialogue.

History

Alida was founded as Vision Critical.[2] in 2000 by Andrew Reid with motivations to bring research into the technology industry.[3] By 2011 the company had installed its 500th digital community.[4] In 2019, the company expanded into the customer experience management market with a new executive team to spur its next phase of growth. [5] Between 2020 - 2022 the company released over 200 new enhancements to its Total Experience Management platform.

On September 23, 2020, Vision Critical rebranded to Alida.[6] The change in name represented Alida’s ability to put customer truth into action and drive market differentiation, establishing itself as a key player in the customer experience management market.
