Suvi River is a river in western India in Gujarat whose origin is near Badargadh village. Its basin has a maximum length of 32 km. The total catchment area of the basin is 160 km2.[1] The Suvi Irrigation Scheme was sanctioned by Government in February 1959 at an estimated cost of Rs. 20.46.[2] The river is now dammed by the Suvi Dam,[3] a 15 metre high dam completed in 1966.[4]
