Description

'George Burns' is a compact, repeat-blooming shrub, 3 to 4 ft (91-121 cm) in height and a 2 to 3 ft (60-91 cm) spread. Blooms are 4 in (10  cm) in diameter on average, and can have 26 to 40 petals in small clusters.[1] Flowers are ruffled with a strong, citrus-like fragrance.
