"The details are still too painful for him to discuss but eventually Herb traveled all the way from his home in Ringoes, New Jersey to Nevada and seek a divorce. In those days, Nevada was the only state in the country that had fairly liberal divorce requirements and Herb simply didn't want to go through the painful process of a divorce in his own home town. After the divorce was finalized in Carson City, Herb returned to New Jersey."
