Ezgeleh (Persian: ازگله; also Romanized as Asgaleh, Azgaleh; also known as Askīleh, Asqaīla, Asqaīleh, and Azgaleh-ye Sheykh Najm od Dīn; Kurdish: ئەزگڵە, romanized: azgiła)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, Ezgeleh District of Salas-e Babajani County, Kermanshah province, Iran.
At the 2006 census, its population was 939 in 198 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,256 people in 291 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,502 people in 372 households.[2]
