Cory Daniel Edwards (born September 12, 1991), better known as Lil Cory is an Actor and rapper from Salem, Alabama.[3][4][5][6][7]
Early life
Edwards is a member of the state-recognized Echota Cherokee Tribe of Alabama and grew up in Salem, Alabama. His father, Winfred Wilson Bynum played American football for the New York Giants.[8]
Career
He was discovered by producer Jared Gosselin. He has made appearances on several television shows including Star Trek: Picard.
Lil Cory released the song “Echota Yoda (Featuring Lil Wayne)" on June 5, 2023 which gained over a quarter of a million Spotify streams within its first week. On July 4, 2023 he released a mixtape titled "Wayy 2 Hott" collaborating with artists such as 2 Chainz, Boosie Badazz, Gucci Mane, Juicy J, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and Yo Gotti.[9][10][2][11]
