The English Men's Volleyball League is the major volleyball national competition for men in England, established in 1977.[1] It is organised by Volleyball England.

Competition format (Super League)

The teams get 3 points for a 3–0 or 3–1 victory, 2 points for a 3–2 victory, 1 point for a 2–3 defeat, and 0 points for a 0–3 or 1–3 defeat.[2]

Competition history

In the 2023/2024 Super League Ten teams are participating  : " IBB Polonia London (London), Durham Palatinates (Durham), Stockport Volleyball Club (Manchester) , Essex Rebels (Colchester),Mallory Eagles UEL (London), Richmond Docklands (London), Newcastle Staffs (Stoke On Trent),Team Sunderland (Sunderland), Leeds Gorse Volleyball Club (Leeds), and The University Of Nottingham (Nottingham)”. The reigning champions (2022/2023) are Durham Palatinates, second place went to Mallory Eagles Volleyball Club.
