Sarab (Persian: سراب, also Romanized as Sarāb; also known as Dowlatābād, Sarāb-e Eyvān, and Sār Sarāb)[3] is a village in Sarab Rural District of the Central District of Eyvan County, Ilam province, Iran. The village is populated by Kurds.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,522 in 349 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,506 people in 398 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,413 people in 415 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
