The 2022–23 season Al Ahly men's basketball season was the 93rd season of Al Ahly's men's basketball team. This season, the Reds made their debut in the Basketball Africa League (BAL), and won their second continental title.

In the second year under Spanish head coach Augustí Julbe, who extended his contract for two more years in July.[1] Al Ahly won the treble consisting of the BAL championship, the Egyptian Premier League and Egyptian Cup. On 19 April, Al Ahly won the Egyptian Cup.[2] On 15 May, Al Ahly won their second consecutive Premier League title, after beating Al Ittihad in the finals of the playoffs.[3] Their BAL championship was won on 27 May 2023, following a win over AS Douanes in the final.[4]
