The 2002–03 B Group was the 47th season of the Bulgarian B Football Group, the second tier of the Bulgarian football league system. A total of 16 teams contested the league.[1]

Notes:
  1. Yantra Gabrovo were relegated to V Group due to a lack of finances.
  2. Olimpik Teteven were relegated to V Group due to a lack of finances.
  3. Dunav Ruse were docked three points for failing to show in round 26.
  4. Botev Vratsa were excluded after eight matches and demoted to their regional third level league (Southeastern V Group) for failing to show for the first two matches after the winter break, they had 3 points deducted for failing to show up at the first match and their results were annulled.
