Hello everyone! My name is ilyass and I am an IT student at York University. The project I am working on means a lot to me, as when I had an issue with my laptop that I needed to fix but could not afford to take it to someone else to do it for me, it was difficult to find information on what to do and how to do it so I had to learn on my own how to fix it. I hope my project will help others who are in the same situation so that they don't have to go in blindly like I did.
