Hello! My name is Breanna, and I am a sophomore at the University of North Texas. I am currently a member of the women's basketball team at my university.
I am also majoring in Biology with a minor in chemistry.
Throughout high school I realized that I enjoyed and performed best in my science classes, so that is one reason why I chose biology as my major. However, the main reason is that I am aspiring to become an anesthesiologist; therefore, I will be able to ensure that I take all of my pre-requisite classes for medical school.
My parents played a major role in why I decided to become a doctor. Growing up my parents always made sure to stress the importance of giving back to the community. for instance, we would always donate old clothes to homeless shelters that were still in good condition. Also, we would volunteer to feed the homeless at a homeless shelter. More recently, the past couple of years I helped my parents organize a thanksgiving turkey drive as well a youth basketball tournament in the summer. Therefore, with values that my parents instilled in me I always knew that I want to have a career where I can positively impact people's lives.
I currently don't have much repair experience, but I am excited to with iFixit. I am looking forward to making guides that involving cell phones because everybody uses cell phones in their day to day lives. I am interested in learning how to fix or replace the camera on an iPhone 12, because I broke the camera on my old phone, and I am curious to see if I can possibly fix it.
