Hello, I am a mechanical engineering major at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. I have been interested in technology and repair since I built and repaired many computers. Ifixit has kept many of my gadgets out of the landfill and working to this day.
With the help of iFixit and other resources, I have also been able to perform regular maintenance on components to keep them working. I have reapplied thermal paste to graphics cards and replaced fans to keep an old card running for years to come.
