Teardown

Introduction

This is the ACEPC AK2 and on the Mainboard you can read AK1 V6.0.

    • You only need the screwdriver if there is a screw in the red circle. I used the screwdriver to show you how the lid is fit.

    • Remove the power adapter

    • Slide the release button to the right.

    • Now you can lift the top and put it to the side.

    • Release the screws of the frame.

    • You can release the screws of the drive frame ...

    • ... or leave the screws in place and pull off the black tape.

    • You need the longer screwdriver for some screws

    • Now release the screws in the orange sircles.

    • Better release the screws on the LED board.

    • slide the board a little bit away from the outer connectors and pull it up.

    • Please dont break the walls.

    • The battery gives the board a little bit electric power. Please dont get a electric shock.

    • The antenna (in blue) is very sensitive and can easily tear off. You can carefully peel the foils with the antenna & stick them onto the black cover of the board.
