However, when playing volleyball, the amount of the times the ball is hit can move or damage the air valve inside the ball which can cause air to leak out from the volleyball. If your volleyball seems to always deflate, this guide can help restore the volleyball to like-new.

    • Bend a thin metal wire into a hook.

    • This is what we will be using to wiggle the air valve out.

    • Insert the wire into the valve and use it to hook and pull out the valve as much as possible. .

    • This process might take awhile depending how broken the valve is.

    • Once a piece of the valve is sticking out, use the needle nose pliers to pull out the valve.

    • With your new valve, place it to the hole where the previous valve was, and use the screwdriver to push it in until it is flush with the surface of the ball.
