Introduction

You will be cutting the strings off the tennis racket and taking off the old bumper guard. Then you are going to replace it with a new bumper guard. You will have to do the netting on your own, or take it to a store to get it done. You can either use utility scissors or nail clippers to cut the strings.

    • Push the tubes(the ones that go through the racket frame) from the inside of the racket to remove the old grommets and the bumper guard. You may use your thumbs.

    • Use and edge of your cutting tool to push the tubes out if necessary.

    • Some of the tubes might be too stiff and won't come out that easily. Use a cutting tool to avoid hurting your thumb.
