Introduction

The LCD screen can be pulled out to a couple of different angles. However, be careful when angling it because it does have restrictions. Doing so past those restrictions will break the LCD bracket holding it in place.

    • Orient the camera so that the LCD screen is facing you.

  2. rnQYENjFwxyd6cDd
    • Lift the LCD screen to unscrew the 2 screws on its underside.

What is the screw size on these on the screen because I lost some and I am trying to replace it?

Hello. My LCD backlight stop working after water came into the camera (snow). With a flash light I was able to determine it is the backlight since I was able to detect some menu items on the screen. I bought a replacement LDC unit, my thinking was that the backlight itself was damaged and a new one would do the trick. After replacing the screen, I have the same probleme. So I suppose my problem come from deeper in the camera. The camera itself do not command the backlight to turn on. Is there something I can do? any more troubleshooting?

Thanks!
