Introduction

When trying to use my sprayer this year it would not hold any pressure. I unscrewed the main pump housing an saw that the main washer was cracked and falling apart. When I searched for a replacement gasket all I could find were kits that cost half as much as the sprayer.

    • Remove the main sprayer pump and take the gasket off. It is at the top of the threads. Try to save as much as you can to get the diameter.

    • Go to the plumbing section and locate the washers. I found this particular washer in the toilet and bath tub section. The inner diameter can be a little smaller but it should have a similar width.

    • Replace the gasket.

Conclusion

For $2 you can have your sprayer going again.
