Introduction

Hello, here is a guide on what you need in order to repair a wiggly wooden leg chair. Before starting, here are the tools you will be needing:

  • 2 Hex screws and 4 washers (per leg chair)
  • A power drill w/an hex screw attacher
  • Wet cloths or disinfecting wipes

If you have everything, then it is time to get started:

  1. Grab the chair and place it upside down, preferably on a table.
  2. Clean the areas of the chair you are going to repair. Use wet cloths or disinfecting wipes.
  3. Grab your power drill and attach the hex screw attacher
  4. Insert the drill into the screws off the legs and start removing the old drills.
  5. Once the screws are removed clean the holes.
  6. After cleaning, put the new washers into the new hex screws
  7. Insert the screws into the cleaned holes
  8. Using the power drill, drill the screws into place
  9. Once the screws are tightened test the chair. If the chair does not wiggle then you are done
