    • Find the broken part of the necklace.

    • Remove all the pearls from the broken end of the thread.

    • Pull out the thread carefully so the pearls don't get lost.

    • Use the end of the thread to tie a knot around the clasp.

    • Attach the other clasp to the thread using a knot and cut the remaining thread.

Eek. This is all wrong. Guess if you don’t mind sloppy pearls that WILL break sooner rather than later this will be ok. Otherwise if you want a classy and durable finished product this fix it technique will not give you that.
