Introduction

For this repair guide, I will be explaining the steps of how to fix your cosplay rabbit ears. This will make them be more sturdy, last longer, and look much more canon than some straight out of the package.

    • Rip the ears off of the headband.

    • Cut a small hole into the middle backside of the ear, vertically, to remove the wired structure.

    • The hole should be 1-2 inches long.

    • Feel around on the inside of the ear until you find the black wire.

    • Pull out the wire.

    • It is not attached to anything, so it will come out easily.

    • Straighten the wire completely.

    • Double the wire by bending it in half.

    • Bend one end a couple of times over, as seen in the pictures. This end will be the bottom base of the ear.

    • Add the wire back into the fabric ear, with the thicker end at the bottom of the ear. Make sure it is centered.
