Open the Visor Edge and place it on a table facing down.

Gently push the tab that connects the flip cover (top half) to the PDA (bottom half) upward, and lift the pieces apart to detach them.

Once flip cover is removed, turn over and remove the four 3.9 mm screws connecting the hinge.

Turn the hinge piece on its side or use a screwdriver to pull out the spring.

Reinsert new spring.
