Introduction
The 735XT uses a standard 20mm watch strap, you don't need to buy a Garmin branded one if you don't want.

Using two T6 screwdrivers, remove the old strap.

Turn the right hand screw anti-clockwise. This is the shorter of the two.

Two screwdrivers are needed to hold one screw in place while you turn the other one.

With the small screw removed, you can use one of the screwdrivers to push out the long bar securing the strap.

Repeat this step for the other half of the strap.

With both of the old straps off, you can now fit the new one.

Slide the long bar through the watch and the strap, then attach the small screw back into it.

You will need to use both screwdrivers again (one to hold a screw in place, the other to turn.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
