Introduction
If you have a foldable grocery cart or shopping trolly, that has its front wheels all worn out, then this guide will assist you in replacing the tattered wheels with new ones so you don’t have to worry about buying another cart. Damaged wheels of your grocery cart can cause your cart to not steer properly or even worse, collapse on the spot. It is important to replace them to avoid such situations and unnecessary expenses.
For the replacement, you can get an extra pair of wheels by buying new ones or use wheels that are in good condition from another cart that is not being used anymore. Just make sure that the wheels are of similar size to the old ones and that the hole is big enough to slide through the axle of the cart you’re currently using (some wheel sizes and center hole sizes may vary, so get a pair of wheels that are compatible with your grocery cart). Before starting, make sure your work area is open and free of any obstacles.

Use the large needle nose pliers to pull out the locking pins from the holes in the axel to detach the axel from the cart's legs.
-
Repeat for both sides.
-
-
-
Slide on the first washer, the spring, and then the second washer back on the axle.
-
Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the second wheel.
-
-
-
Carefully place the front wheel axle with the new wheels in the side holes of the cart’s legs.
-
-
-
Insert the locking pins in each hole at both ends of the axle until the pins are halfway in the hole.
-
Using the hammer, tap the pins until they are entirely inside the hole.
-
-
-
Lastly, push the stoppers in each hole of the cart's legs.
-
Using the hammer, tap them in place.
-
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

My back wheels need replacing. Can I use a different size because I’m having trouble finding the size I need. If they are a little bigger or smaller will it work. My wheels are non caster type wheels.
