Introduction
Whether you broke a string or want a freshly bright sound for your guitar, this guide will teach you how to replace a string on your Epiphone Les Paul electric guitar. I will be using D'Addario Super Light Gauge strings.
Tools
-
-
Loosen the first sting you would like to replace by turning the corresponding knob counter-clockwise.
-
-
-
Use your right hand to hold the slack near the bridge, and use your left hand to tightly pull the string through the spoke while turning the knob with the fingers of your left hand.
-
-
-
Once the string starts getting tight and your right hand is no longer needed to hold slack, start tuning the string to the note you want it at.
-
Have fun playing with your new bright-sounding guitar.

Thank you very much. First time changing the strings to a guitar, unfortunately I'm a moron and broke the D String :\
