Because BOTH tools, are the same, model # 8220. Both have fried the speed control switch, or circuit board assembly and I thought I saw a few examples when searching the Internet. I think it costs about $50/60?

The variable speed control adjustment mechanism including wires and circuit board ☝️not just a plastic switch

    Please help

it would be nice if someone could just reply via text @ 303-943-4637 and not make me try to figure out this E-FAIL thing that doesn't work and doesn't make a bit of sense to me
