Introduction

This guide will show how to remove and replace the display assembly on a Compaq Presario CQ60-211DX laptop.

    • Start by making sure the CQ60 is powered down and that the disk drive is empty.

    • Flip the device over and remove the battery.

    • Remove the rubber screw covers next to each of the two screen hinges using a metal spudger.

    • Unscrew the screws underneath the rubber cover using the blank Phillips-head screwdriver.

    • Use the metal spudger to gently pry the plastic faceplate off the rest of the display.

    • Unscrew the two screws in the top corners to separate the frame holding the assembly from the plastic of the lid.

    • Disconnect the assembly from the chip located between the hinges by pulling the wires to the right.

    Bonjour,

    Si j'ai bien compris, vous parlez des 2 fils rouges et blancs sur cette image (à l'étape 5).

    Le connecteur avec les 2 petits fils susmentionnés, c'est le connecteur d'alimentation du rétro-éclairage CCFL de l'écran (ancien type de rétro-éclairage). Ce connecteur est branché sur la carte électronique régulatrice de tentions (en vert sur l'image). Cette carte électronique permet d'alimenter le rétro-éclairage de l'écran.

    Le connecteur d'alimentation CCFL est soudé à l'écran, il est fourni avec l'écran lorsqu'on recherche un écran pour ce modèle.

    L'écran est allimenté séparément de son rétro-éclairage (c'est pas le même câble)

    J'ai trouvé l'écran où on voit le câble d'alimentation du rétro-éclairage qui y est relié.

    En cherchant :

    Pour la carte régulatrice de tentions je l'ai trouvée en cherchant :
