I have this same issue! Did you ever find out? Im guessing that the grind size of the KMM1 is the same as the KMM20? So left (where it says mocca)for finest grind, right for the largest grind?

Umm.. My bottom burr doesn’t seem to have screws and look like rivits. maybe previous owner stripped the screws :(

Mine has something like rivets as well. I used toothpicks and cotton swabs to clean as much as I could,, then had some luck running dried couscous through the grinder. Softer than rice and seemed to pick up the last bits of residue.
