Troubleshooting
For help on any trouble you may be experiencing, here is the iFit ACT’s troubleshooting page.
Background
The iFit Act is a fitness tracker worn on the wrist. At $29, the iFit Act is more affordable than its popular Fitbit counterpart. It comes with a 1 year warranty. iFit advertises the device as “compatible with the iPhone 4S and above, iPod touch 5th Gen and above, and Android 4.3 and above.”
iFit makes several other wearable fitness trackers with removable pods, including the iFit Link and the iFit Vue. The iFit Act can be distinguished from these devices by its black color, as well as its smaller pod size. While the iFit Act is the most simple of these three devices, it is the least user-friendly. Online forums indicate that users often have trouble syncing the iFit app with the website, that the pedometer is slow to update, and that the wristband is uncomfortable to wear.
