Background
The Wacker Neuson Jackhammer-EH27/115 is an electric demolition machine. The Wacker Neuson Jackhammer (model number: EH27/115) was released in 2014 by the Wacker Neuson construction tool supply company. The jackhammer is used to demolish concrete, asphalt, masonry, and other construction materials. This jackhammer is powered by electricity through any AC power outlet. This jackhammer also comes with a trolley for easy transportation of the machine.
The Jackhammer weighs a total of about 60 pounds without the trolley and is comprised of a hard plastic shell with a totally insulated universal drive motor. The machine requires 1,800 kW of power to run as advertised.
This model of Jackhammer is pretty common for its time period and is more popular among domestic job sites versus commercial construction sites. This is due to this model being a zero-emission electric machine meaning the power is reduced compared to gas models. This allows for the EH27/115 to be more compact and user-friendly.
