Omnibot 2000

The Omnibot 2000, also referred to as Omnibot model 5405, is an upgraded version of the original Omnibot created by Tomy TTC. This robot was introduced to the public in 1984 for the price of $600. This high-end robot is capable of pouring drinks thanks to a serving tray designed specifically for the Omnibot.

Unlike the robots of today, the Omnibot 2000 did not feature an onboard computer for programming. The bot relied on recording movements onto a normal cassette tape, which could then be automated thanks to a built-in clock.
