Background
The Makita Jig Saw was released in 2014. This top-handle jig saw has a very narrow blade, making it most useful for cutting shapes and curves in wood. The Makita Jig Saw is priced at $170 and has 40% less vibration and noise than other jig saws, making this a great jig saw for professionals or novices alike. The jig saw, powered by a 6.3 AMP motor, has three orbital settings as well as straight cutting. Changing the blade does not require any tools, though some reviews noted it was not as easy as advertised. There is a built-in dust blower and LED light making the cutting process as seamless as possible.
Identification
This model can be identified by the teal color, black rubber top handle, and the white text across the side that reads "Makita." The product comes in a carrying case of the same color as the jig saw, accompanied by six saw blades, an anti-splintering device, a cover plate, and a wrench.
The Makita Jig Saw Model 4350FCTQ was replaced by Model JV0600K.
