Troubleshooting

Background and Identification
It is important when troubleshooting a device that one is researching not only the correct brand of device, but also the correct model. Recently, Logitech released the UE Mega Boom, which looks extremely similar to the device this guide analyze, the regular UE Boom. The main way to tell the difference between the two would be in the dimension and weight of your device. The UE Mega Boom is almost twice is heavy as the regular UE Boom, at .887 kg versus .548 kg. If your device is heavier than .6kg and more voluminous, you are working with the UE Mega Boom, and not the original UE Boom.
