The Freedom Scientific PACmate is a series of Windows CE powered handheld PCs for the blind introduced in the 2000s. This model is an original (non-Omni) BX400 unit running CE 4.1. This modle has 8 braille keys, a space bar, 8 function keys, and a rubber d pad in the middle of the keyboard. It has 1 mini USB A/B port, an IR window, 2 compact flash card slots, 3.5 MM headphone jack, 2.5 MM microphone jack, and a 12 V 1 A power jack. The compact flash slots support both type I and II cards, and the power jack uses a 5.5 MM x 2.5 MM barrel plug.
