Background and Identification
The Amazon Echo Show 2nd Gen was released to the public in 2019. It proved that voice assistants are no longer just about the voice, as they introduced the new and improved Alexa - with a screen. The 2nd generation is sleeker and more polished than its predecessor; with its 10” screen and upgraded audio to dual two-inch premium speakers and high-quality passive bass. The device is large enough to watch a movie on, but still compact enough to have it sit in limited space such as a nightstand.
The Echo Show’s screen pixelation has been upgraded to 1280x800, giving users the feel of watching on a flat-screen television.
